Liaison Program Lead, SFCC-WSU Partnership

• Developed and built a new community college – university partnership program from the ground up with the goal of helping underserved populations successfully transfer into four-year degree programs; program increased student transfer rates by 25%.
• Established Advisory Board with stakeholders from both institutions to facilitate transparent communication and transfer paths.
• Managed quarterly and multi-year-long projects ranging from inclusive advising practices and retention, to successful transfer, to accessibility in onboarding efforts, to equity in recruitment 
• Surveyed users and created research reports for various stakeholders to assist collaborative efforts in research application.

• Mentored new faculty with an emphasis on best practices for designing accessible online learning environments and using LMS analytics to identify and respond to user needs.
• Incorporated principles of accessible UDL (universal design for learning), TILT (transparency in learning and teaching), backward course design, and ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation) models for successful alignment between curriculum and assessment with individual Course Learning Outcomes, Program Level Learning Outcomes, and college-wide General Education Student Learning Outcomes.
• Researched, wrote, and delivered new employee orientation and accessible materials: expedited onboarding process by 10%.
